All invited to workshop on student learning improvement

All S&T faculty, staff, and administrators are invited to a workshop on enhancing student learning and success 9 a.m.-12:30 p.m. Tuesday, Aug. 14, in the Kinyon-Koeppel Grand Hall at Hasselmann Alumni House. Dr. Dan McInerney, professor of history at Utah State University, will present the workshop about best practices in assessing student learning for improvement. Register for the workshop.

McInerney will provide free consultations with individual units about topics related to student learning improvement and assessment during the afternoon of Tuesday, Aug. 14. Meeting times are limited and are available on a first-come, first-served basis. To reserve a slot, please email Abby Bigg, office support associate, at bigga@mst.edu.

A faculty member for over 20 years, McInerney also serves as a coach through the National Institute for Learning Outcomes Assessment. Read his bio.
