Rental houses available

Student affairs services and operations have small rental houses available for faculty, staff and students. For information, please call 341-6246 or email mststuaffops@mst.edu. Renters will be required to sign a lease agreement and pay a deposit of half of one month’s rent. The rental houses are:
- House at 712 W. 13th St. in Rolla: two bedrooms and one bathroom. Rent is $500 per month plus utilities. The house has central air conditioning.
- House at 800 W. 13th St. in Rolla: three bedrooms and central air conditioning. Rent is $750 per month plus utilities.
