Dr. Muthanna Al-Dahhan, left, and Abbas Jawad Sultan

Abbas Jawad Sultan received the Distinguished Dissertation Award from S&T’s chemical and biochemical engineering department. This award is given to Ph.D. students who publish three or more papers as the first author before graduating.

Sultan is a Ph.D. candidate and graduate research candidate in chemical and biochemical engineering.
