Winners of the Curtis Laws Wilson Library’s annual Spring Art Show reception were honored at a ceremony April 10 in the library. The exhibit feature 42 pieces of original work by students. Dr. Christopher Maples, interim chancellor, and members of S&T’s Art in the Library Committee judged the pieces.
Award winners are:
- Best of Show: “Life of a Sea Turtle” by Erika Simple
- Honorable Mention: “End of the Line” by Will Loos
- Notable Work: “Geese Over Cedars” by Ben Palmer
- People’s Choice: “Great Unknown” by Jon Voss
The winners received small gifts and cash prizes.
