Student athletes helped Missouri S&T’s athletics department unveil a refreshed visual identity to represent its 17 varsity athletics programs at a ceremony April 11 in the Havener Center atrium. Mark Mullin, athletics director, emceed the event and student athletes threw or handed out items with the new logos, such as pins, balls and bottles. T-shirts with the new marks were sold for $5.99 in the S&T Store immediately following the unveiling.
The refreshed identity is the result of a five-month process in collaboration with the university’s marketing and communications department. The creative work was completed without any direct cost to S&T, paid for by revenues received through the university’s licensing program. Read more.
