Spring band concert coming up

Join the performing arts program for a concert 2-3:30 p.m. Sunday, April 8, at Leach Theatre. The concert will feature the S&T Symphonic Band, conducted by Dave Cress, and the University Wind Symphony, under the direction of Dr. David Samson.
The band will perform “Gloriana” by Jay Bocook, David Holsinger’s “Every Morning New” and “Esprit de Corps” by Robert Jager. The symphony will perform Robert W. Smith’s “Symphony No. 1: The Divine Comedy,” a programmatic piece based on Dante Alighieri’s epic poem.
