Mini ‘renaissance fair’ to showcase student research

Learn about  cultural creations from the renaissance by dropping by a mini fair 12:30-2 p.m. Wednesday, April 25, in the Missouri-Ozark Room of the Havener Center.

Students in Dr. Michael Bruening’s renaissance class will display their research projects on Filippo Brunelleschi’s architectural and engineering innovations in the Florence cathedral, Thomas More’s Utopia, Venetian glassmaking, Renaissance herbal manuals, bronze casting, Hobbes, Descartes, Montaigne and more.
