Flags to fly at half-staff

By order of Gov. Eric Greitens, all flags at all Missouri state and government offices will be flown at half-staff from sunrise to sunset Wednesday, April 25, in memory of Deputy Sheriff Casey Shoemate, who died in the line of duty.
