The defending world champion Mars Rover Design Team will reveal its 2018 rover, named Atlas, for the first time to the public noon-1:30 p.m. Friday, March 9, in the Havener Center.
The event will include a presentation, “Beyond Mars,” multiple speakers and the unveiling of Atlas and demonstrations of its capabilities. Attendees can enjoy light refreshments and talk with members of the team about new and future technologies on the rover.
