Please take 15-20 minutes to complete it. The survey is confidential- your responses will not be personally identified. You have the chance of winning one of six $50 gift cards to the S&T store.

Missouri Assessment of College Health Behavoirs

First implemented in 2007 by Missouri Partners in Prevention (PIP), the Missouri Assessment of College Health Behaviors (MACHB) is designed to understand the role of alcohol, drugs (illegal & prescription) mental health issues, and power-based personal violence on student health and wellness.
