Dr. Clair Kueny, assistant professor of psychological science, will present “Good or Bad for Whom? Reactions to Other’s Discretionary Work Behaviors.”

Kueny’s research focuses on understanding and teasing apart interpersonal dynamics surrounding employees’ work behaviors. Research on Tap attendees will review literature and empirical evidence to better understand what it means to work with and react to others at work. Attendees also will discuss how others’ behaviors can have a significant impact on individual work experiences, even if unintended.
