Dr. Yue-Wern Huang, a professor of toxicology and nanomedicine in S&T’s department of biological sciences, has been invited to join the editorial board of Current Gene Therapy. The publication is a bi-monthly peer-reviewed journal featuring articles about basic research and clinical applications of gene and cell therapy of genetic disease.
Huang and Melissa Cambre, a graduate student in applied and environmental biology, published a review paper in the December 2017 issue of the International Journal of Molecular Sciences.
Huang also has been invited to serve on a three-person program assessment committee to evaluate the performance of the Biodiversity Research Center of National Taiwan University.
