Amateur artists and designers are invited to submit original designs for this year’s Celebration of Nations T-shirt by 4 p.m. Friday, Jan. 26. The winning designer will receive a $150 gift card to the S&T Store and the shirts will be available at the St. Pat’s parade Saturday, March 17, in downtown Rolla. Designs must include the date of Celebration of Nations, Sept. 29, 2018, and logos for Missouri S&T and the city of Rolla. If the winning design does not include the date and the logos, these elements will be added to the shirt.

The contest is open to students, faculty, staff and community members. Employees within the global learning department are not eligible to receive prize money.

Submitted designs must be at least 300 dpi or in a scanable format, no larger than 8.5×11-inches. Bring your original, scanable artwork to Room 105 Southwestern Bell Cultural Center at 1207 N. Elm. St., by 4 p.m. Friday, Jan. 26, or email by midnight Saturday, Jan. 28, to Richie Myers, educational program coordinator, at myersj@mst.edu or via rol.la/CON18shirt.  The winner will be announced by Tuesday, Feb. 13.
