For strong and weak writers alike, writing can be a struggle, and college-level writing presents special challenges. You face new requirements and expectations, and the stakes are often high. The Writing Center can make the process easier. Our staff of trained and experienced undergraduate writing consultants will work with you one-on-one to help you understand the impression your work makes on a reader. They can also offer strategies to help you conquer procrastination, evaluate your own work, and make revisions if necessary. Undergraduate students can get help with any type of document at any point in the writing process, from creating an outline to polishing a final draft. The Writing Center opens for consultations on Monday, January 22nd, and our online scheduling system will be available from the first day of classes.
