If you attend a telepresence meeting soon, you’ll notice that the ceiling-mounted content displays on either side of the room will not be available for use. They are disconnected while the IT team works to resolve equipment compatibility issues that are causing technical difficulties and conference disruptions at each of University of Missouri System’s four campuses.
One content display will remain operational. This display is currently located below the center participant screen in each room. The content displays are used for individuals to share content such as documents or slides with meeting attendees.
All participant displays will continue to be online and operational. The participant displays are the video screens that show meeting attendees at the various campuses.
The information technology team is looking into ways to resolve the issues and apologizes for the inconvenience.
