The University of Missouri System establishes contracts with various suppliers to provide specific items at discounted prices and makes many of these contracts available in eProcurement’s Show-Me Shop. Amazon Business is now available in Show-Me Shop.
Purchasing from Amazon Business should be used in conjunction with purchasing through the university’s existing contracted suppliers. Before purchasing items from other non-Show-Me Shop suppliers, you should first check Amazon Business in Show-Me Shop for product availability and pricing.
When accessing Amazon Business through Show-Me Shop, you will receive:
To simplify the way employees shop on Amazon Business, you will now submit your cart back to Show-Me Shop, which will generate a purchase order for payment. Items that need approval first or that are not allowed for purchase will have a “company restricted” message.
To begin using Amazon, click on the Amazon Business tile in Show-Me Shop. More information about purchasing from Amazon Business, including frequently asked questions, benefits, registration support and purchasing guidelines are posted online.
