Start or restart your fitness journey with an MU Extension strength-training program on campus. It is open to S&T employees, retirees and community members. Classes will be held noon to 1 p.m. on Mondays and Wednesdays, Jan. 22-March 14, in the basement of Residential Commons 2.
A trained instructor will guide participants safely through a warmup, eight muscle-strengthening exercises and a cool down. Equipment is provided. The class is designed for older and sedentary middle-aged adults. There are no age limits. Eligible Missouri S&T employees who complete 14 out of 16 classes can earn 100 points for the University of Missouri System’s 2018 Wellness Incentive. Please register online.
