Volunteer for Martin Luther King Jr. Day of Service

Registration is open for Martin Luther King Jr. Day of Service on Monday, Jan. 15. Missouri S&T students, faculty and staff are invited to participate in service projects throughout the local community 8 a.m.-12:30 p.m. and attend a celebration lunch 1-2 p.m. on campus. To sign up, please register in OrgSync by Friday, Dec. 22. For more information, please contact Sierra Shields, a sophomore in geological engineering, at sssz93@mst.edu.

Martin Luther King Jr. Day of Service is a nationally recognized day that calls for all citizens to work together. Service is a time for students, faculty, and staff to reflect on both the legacy of Martin Luther King Jr. and how individuals can work to build a more socially conscious society.
