Applications due today for student commencement speakers

The Commencement Student Speaker Committee invites you to encourage undergraduate seniors to apply for the chance to address the Fall 2017 graduating class at their commencement ceremonies in December. The committee will select two students, one from each college, to speak at each of the commencement ceremonies on Dec. 16.
To be considered as a finalist for a live audition, students must apply at http://stuaff.mst.edu/speaker and provide a copy of their proposed speech and resume by Oct. 2. The selected students will be asked to formally accept the charge in writing by Nov. 6.
