- Birdie Morgan, program director for international affairs: 2:30-4 p.m. Friday, Oct. 13, in the Southwestern Bell Cultural Center
- Jim Packard, director of facilities operations: 2-4 p.m. Tuesday, Oct. 17, in St. Pat’s A of the Havener Center
- Karen Chapman, strategic partner for human resources: 2-4 p.m. Friday, Oct. 27, in St. Pat’s A of the Havener Center
