Three Minute Thesis (3MT) is an event where graduate students showcase their research in three minutes using one static PowerPoint slide. The top six winners of the preliminary and semi-final rounds, which took place mid-October, will be presenting their research at the 3MT Finale.
The six finalists are (in no particular order) Sherif Fakher (Petroleum Engineering), Meagan Kelso (Materials Science & Engineering), Umanga De Silva (Chemistry), Vineet Alexander (Chemical Engineering), Dheiaa Alfarge (Petroleum Engineering), and Justin Beltz (Chemistry).
The competition is open to the public and will take place on Thursday, November 30, 2017 at 5:30PM in Toomey 140. We look forward to seeing you there!
