Start or restart your fitness journey with an MU Extension strength-training program on campus. Classes will be held noon-1 p.m. on Mondays and Wednesdays, Sept. 18-Nov. 13, in the basement of Residential Commons 2.
A trained instructor will guide participants safely through a warmup, eight muscle-strengthening exercises and a cool down. Equipment is provided. The class is designed for older and sedentary middle-aged adults. There are no age limits. Please register by Tuesday, Sept. 19.
