Earth’s moon may not technically be a star (the moon is actually a natural satellite) but it will be the focus of the visitors’ night event at Missouri S&T’s observatory Wednesday, Sept. 27. Doors will open at 8 p.m. Clear skies are required for optimal viewing.
The Missouri S&T Observatory is located at 1550 N. Bishop Ave. near the Stonehenge replica. For more information about this viewing, the observatory, or to receive email notifications of future events and weather cancellations, please contact Ken Goss, graduate student in computer science, at ken.goss@mst.edu.
