Weight Watchers offers discount, plans open house

Employees who pay by Tuesday, Aug. 15, can get a discount for a 12-series membership in Weight Watchers, which will start Tuesday, Sept. 12. The series regularly costs $156 but those paying by Aug. 15 can sign up for $132.60, or three checks of $44.20. To get the discount, bring your payment to Paige Eissinger, senior media producer, in Room 102 Centennial Hall, or contact Eissinger or Peg Wilson, manager of network services, to make arrangements. Payments will not be processed until the week of Sept. 12.
Eligible employees can earn 100 points toward Tier 2 of the University of Missouri System’s wellness incentive for attending three months of Weight Watchers classes.
An open house for Rolla Weight Watcher meetings will be held 5:30-7:30 p.m. Tuesday, Aug. 15, in the Carpenters Local Union at 1312 Highway 72.
