Join the College of Arts, Sciences, and Business for the next Research on Tap at 4:30 p.m. Wednesday, Sept. 13, on the second-floor loft of Public House Brewing Co. in Rolla. Dr. Kathryn Dolan, an assistant professor of English and technical communication, will discuss her research on the symbolism of cattle in literature related to the progress of animal food production in the 19th-century United States.
The Research on Tap series is free and open to the public. It is held on the second Wednesday monthly during the academic year.
