Student affairs services and operations have small rental houses available for faculty, staff and students. Both two-bedroom houses are located near campus. Lease agreements are required. For information call, please call 341-6246 or email student affairs and operations at mststuaffops@mst.edu. A $250 deposit is required. The rental houses are:
- House at 710 W. 13th St. in Rolla: two bedrooms and one bathroom. Rent is $500 per month plus utilities. The house has window units for air conditioning.
- House at 712 W. 13th St. in Rolla: two bedrooms and one bathroom. Rent is $500 per month plus utilities. The house has central air conditioning.
