Deadline extended for research abstracts

Faculty, students and clinicians are invited to submit an abstract for the Ozark Biomedical Initiative Research Symposium, which will be held 8:30 a.m.-3 p.m. Saturday, Aug. 19, in the St. Pat’s Ballroom of the Havener Center. The deadline has been extended to August 1, 2017. To submit your abstract, please visit obi.mst.edu/abstractform.
The goal of the symposium on Aug. 19 is to increase research collaboration between Missouri S&T and Phelps County Regional Medical Center. It is free and lunch will be provided. Dr. Lenka Fedorkova, founder and chief executive officer of bioPrime, LLC, will serve as the keynote speaker. For more information or to register, please visit obi.mst.edu.
