Complete your discrimination prevention, MakeITSafe training

Completing annual training requirements is an important step in helping ensure a safe and positive learning and workplace environment. Two training courses will be available through Tuesday, Oct. 31, to fulfill your annual training requirement:
- “Building a Foundation: Discrimination Prevention and Title IX” will take approximately one hour to complete. Visit us/ectraining to access the training in myLearn.
- “MakeITSafe Information Security Awareness,” will take approximately 30 minutes to complete. To access the training, log in to myHR at umsystem.edu, click on the “myTraining” section in the menu, and then click “MakeITSafe Training.” You will be directed to a Skillsoft course titled, “Security Awareness for End Users.”
To meet the annual training requirement, you must pass mastery tests for both courses. Beginning in August, you will receive alerts every two weeks until you meet your requirement.
