Maggie Trish has been appointed interim director of library and learning resources at the Curtis Laws Wilson Library following the recent retirement of Tracy Primich. The appointment was effective Thursday, June 1. Trish will serve as interim director until a permanent director is hired.

A national search is underway for the library director. Campus interviews with finalists will begin next week. See the following article for details.

Trish joined Missouri S&T in 2000 as a cataloger and was later promoted to head of cataloging. She was promoted to assistant director for technical services in 2006. She has previously served as interim library director during periods of transition.

Trish holds a bachelor of arts degree in English from Northern Illinois University, a master of fine arts degree in creative writing from the University of Oregon and a master of arts in library science from the University of Arizona.
