Become a master naturalist with help of UM Extension

Do you want to learn more about nature and help others learn, too? If so, you may want to join the Missouri Master Naturalist program sponsored by the Missouri Department of Conservation and University of Missouri Extension. Learn about the program at an orientation 6-8 p.m. Wednesday, June 14, at the Department of Natural Resources’ Mozarkite Conference Room at 1251 Gale Drive in Rolla.
If you decide to join, classes begin Wednesday, July 26, and are held 6-9 p.m. on Wednesdays for 12 weeks. Four Saturday field sessions are included. Get more information or contact Lorely Lather at 573-265-4034.
