Missouri S&T has already made significant progress toward addressing its distinctive budget challenges by initially developing 1%, 3% and 5% reduction scenarios in January, holding campuswide budget forums in February and March, and broadly and frequently sharing information on the budget process and discussing potential realignment scenarios with the campus community to elicit input. Due to state investment projections in March, each division has been asked to provide an additional 2% reduction above their proposed 5% scenario. An overall campus scenario will be determined using the additional reduction information and feedback from campus constituents.
