Tier 1 of the wellness incentive ends April 30

If you’re an active, benefit-eligible faculty or staff member who is the primary subscriber on a University of Missouri-sponsored medical plan, complete Tier 1 of the 2017 Wellness Incentive by Sunday, April 30, to earn $50 in your final May paycheck. There are only two steps for you to complete in Tier 1:
- Complete your personal health assessment in the Wellness Portal. This online questionnaire is designed to help you identify potential health risks.
- Watch the Healthy for Life video in myLearn. You’ll learn about wellness offerings so you can find an approach to wellness that’s meaningful to you.
If you’ve already completed Tier 1, make sure you keep your momentum going with Tier 2. Completing Tier 2 by Saturday, Sept. 30, can help you earn an extra $400 in your final October paycheck. Get details and eligibility information at http://www.umurl.us/incentive.
