Small business center offers classes on sales, Quickbooks

The Small Business and Technology Development Center at Missouri S&T is co-sponsoring two upcoming events to help individuals improve their business skills.
“Getting That Register to Ring: Using Basic Influencers to Increase Sales” will be held 8:30-10:30 a.m. Tuesday, May 2, in the Columbia College Auditorium. “Advanced Quickbooks” will be offered 9 a.m.-4 p.m. Thursday, May 11, at the Rolla Technical Institute. The class costs $79 per person. Register online at www.rollaclasses.com by Monday, May 8. Class size will be limited to six participants.
