Please join the arts, languages and philosophy department to honor student award recipients and enjoy student artwork, ukulele music and refreshments at a reception 5-7 p.m. Monday, May 1, in the Havener Center Atrium.
More than 120 works from students, including drawings, paintings, sculpture, photography and digital art will be displayed. The winners of the ALPY Awards in French, film and Russian will be announced. The Renaissance Student Award winner will be announced at 6 p.m. The finalists for the Renaissance Student Award are:
The art show will be open through Friday, May 5, in the atrium. Drop by to view the artwork and vote for a “Best of Show” winner.
The reception is sponsored by the Campus Arts Committee, the arts, languages and philosophy department, the College of Arts, Sciences and Business, and the College of Engineering and Computing.
