Check out the Experimental Mine at open house

Missouri S&T’s Experimental Mine will be open to students, faculty and staff 8 a.m.-4 p.m. Wednesday, April 19. The open house will include a free lunch provided by Buckley Powder, 11 a.m.-1 p.m., and transportation to and from Havener Center and the mine. Activities will include mine tours, organization booths, gold panning, mine rescue practices, raffle and explosives demonstrations.
Raffle tickets will be sold for $1 each or six for $5 for prizes including pie from Slice of Pie, oil changes from Extreme Accessories and sweatshirts from O’Doggy’s.
