Feeling overwhelmed? At freak out level? — visit our StressLess Room!

Counseling, Disability Support, and Student Wellness now offers to the campus community an effective way to combat the increased stress of our complicated, 21st century lives. We offer free, 30 minute sessions to all staff, faculty, or students that include a massage chair, biofeedback program to increase your ability to calm your emotional state, a light box to lessen depressive symptoms related to dark winter months, and a Buddha board to encourage being in the present moment. Sometimes its hard to focus on solutions when we are physically tied up in knots. And 30 minutes or less can fit into the busiest schedule.
