Three faculty named Curators’ Distinguished Professors

During S&T commencement ceremonies Dec. 17, three faculty members were recognized as Curators’ Distinguished professors. The professors are:
- Muthanna Al-Dahhan, chair and professor of chemical and biochemical engineering and a professor of nuclear engineering, has been named Curators’ Distinguished Professor of chemical and biochemical engineering and of nuclear engineering.
- Xiaoping Du, professor of mechanical and aerospace engineering, has been named Curators’ Distinguished Teaching Professor of mechanical and aerospace engineering.
- Thomas Vojta, professor of physics, has been named Curators’ Distinguished Professor of physics.
