International quality award goes to Cudney

Dr. Beth Cudney, associate professor of engineering management and systems engineering, will receive the Kondo Medal from the International Academy for Quality (IAQ). The award will be presented at the ASQ World Conference on Quality and Improvement on April 29 in Charlotte, North Carolina.

The Yoshio Kondo Academic Research Prize is granted in recognition of sustained performance in exceptional published works by an academician. This award honors Dr. Yoshio Kondo, past chair and honorary member of IAQ, for his sustained contributions to the academy in administrative and operational capacities and his exceptional contributions to the field of quality through extensive academic research.
