Damage to Emerson Hall, following a fire on the roof of the building on Thursday, Dec. 8, is currently being evaluated. We will provide a status update via email and on the S&T alert site, alert.mst.edu, this afternoon (Friday, Dec. 9) about plans for use of the building next week.

A Missouri S&T security officer and police officer are available to escort faculty and staff, with proper ID, who must retrieve items from the building.
Electrical and computer engineering students who need access to the building should contact their professor or department chair, who then should contact University Police to grant permission and access to the building.
