The 2017 Wellness Incentive is now open. Take a few minutes to complete the two steps required for Tier 1, “Educate yourself:”

1. Watch the Healthy for Life video. (To do this, log into myHR. Select “My Total Rewards” and “Wellness Incentive Portal.” Sign in. Select “Incentive Summary” from the “Incentives” menu at the top of the page. Under the “2017 Wellness Incentive Tier 1” section, click on “View the Wellness Video.” You will then need to log in and will be directed to myLearn. Select “Healthy for Life Video” and click “launch.”)
2. Fill out your personal health assessment. (To do this, log into myHR. Select “My Total Rewards” and “Wellness Incentive Portal. Sign in. Select “Incentive Summary” from the “Incentives” menu at the top of the page. Under the “2017 Wellness Incentive Tier 1” section, click on “Health Assessment.”)

Complete Tier 1 by April 30, 2017, to earn $50 in your final May 2017 paycheck. You can work on Tier 2, “Invest in yourself,” before, during or after you complete Tier 1. Complete Tier 2 by earning 400 points through Sept. 30, 2017, to earn $400 in your final October 2017 paycheck. Discover new ways this year to improve your wellness while earning points, including getting involved with community service.
