Nuclear engineering student wins poster contest

Monica Gehrig, a senior nuclear engineering student at Missouri S&T, received first place for her poster in the digital or graphics category at the Idaho National Laboratory Intern Expo and Poster Session in Idaho Falls on Aug. 11.
Gehrig’s posted is titled “Advanced Test Reactor Position and Experiment Tool.” She was one of nearly 350 summer interns at the Idaho National Laboratory.
