Get your flu shot, earn incentive points

The flu season is almost here, and Healthy for Life will offer two upcoming flu shot clinics. The clinics will be held from 11 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. Tuesday, Oct. 18, in the Turner Room of the Havener Center, and 7:30-9:30 a.m. Friday, Nov. 4, in St. Pat’s Ballroom C of the Havener Center. No appointment is necessary. Eligible employees can earn 50 points for Tier 2 of the 2017 wellness incentive.
Missouri S&T faculty, staff, dependents (age 12 and older, accompanied by an adult) and retirees who are enrolled in a University of Missouri System medical plan will have their flu shot covered by their insurance. For all other faculty and staff, flu shots cost $20 payable by cash or check.
