Encourage first-year students to attend Reconnection

Student Success Programs will host “Reconnection” 4-6 p.m. Wednesday, Oct. 19, in the Havener Center. It is designed to help first-year students continue their successful transition to college life and reconnect them with students, mentors, faculty and staff from opening week.
Topics will include registering for courses, FAFSA and scholarships, academic success tips, campus safety and bystander intervention, and student and faculty panels. Please encourage first-year students to attend. The event is designed to provide students with tools and resources to help with their success.
