Nominations sought for Experiential Learning, Service Learning awards

Nominate a faculty or staff member for the Experiential Learning Award or the Service Learning Award. Faculty, staff, students and community partners may submit nominations for these awards. Nominations are due Friday, Nov. 18. Electronic nomination forms for the awards can be found at ugs.mst.edu/experientiallearning/awards.
The Experiential Learning Award recognizes faculty and staff who require undergraduate students to go beyond mastering basic skills and knowledge in the application of that material to problem-solving challenges. These activities involve collaboration and reflective learning and allow students to learn in environments that align with their aptitudes.
The Service Learning Award recognizes faculty and staff who involve or influence undergraduate students in academic service learning or community service activities outside the classroom.
