Learn about managing intercultural groups

William Cruz, an expert on intercultural communications, will present “Managing Across Culture,” at noon Wednesday, Oct. 5, in Room 249 Toomey Hall.
He will speak about the differences in leadership and management styles, communication styles and conflict resolution styles across cultures. He will discuss how these differences can lead to misunderstanding and create friction in intercultural work groups. Attendees will learn the skill of articulating accomplishments with comfort and authenticity.
