Black & Veatch Welcome Center dedication postponed

Due to the recent deaths of Missouri S&T students Marquia Lewis and Valencia McKinney, the ribbon-cutting ceremony and dedication for the Black & Veatch Welcome Center, originally scheduled for 2 p.m. Monday, Sept. 26, has been postponed.
The Black & Veatch Welcome Center, created with a gift from the company, is located in the Student Diversity, Outreach and Women’s Programs Center at 605 W. 11th St. The dedication for the welcome center will be rescheduled at a later date and announced in the eConnection.
