Sunday is S&T Make A Wish Day at the Ballpark

Sunday, April 10, is Make A Wish Day at the Missouri S&T Baseball Field. Faculty, staff, students and community members are invited to join the Miner athletics program for a day of celebration of Wishes with a Wish Kid as a special guest and a surprise before the game. Fans are asked to arrive at 11 a.m. Festivities will begin at 11:15 a.m.
The Make-A-Wish Foundation, a non-profit organization that helps children with life-threatening illnesses realize their dreams, is the official charity of the Great Lakes Valley Conference, the Division II athletic conference in which the Missouri S&T Miners compete. Student-athletes of all GLVC teams help raise funds for the foundation, and last year Missouri S&T raised the most money for the Make-A-Wish Foundation of any team.
