While many units are eager to embrace the Miners Dig Deeper brand identity, there’s no need to toss existing letterhead, envelopes or other items immediately. Existing letterhead, business cards and envelopes may be used until supplies are depleted. Units that interact heavily with the public and customer groups should consider updating to the new stationery, business cards and envelopes even if inventory remains.

By phasing out our current inventory, we can eliminate unnecessary waste. Moving forward, marketing and communications and printing and mail services can assist with questions regarding updates and new materials.
