Attend a film screening and discussion panel about body image

Body image concerns continue to be an issue for students. Counseling, disability support and student wellness is available to consult with any student and provide necessary resources. The department will screen a short movie titled “The Illusionists,” which highlights how media utilizes messages to build insecurity in our views of body image. It will be presented at 6 p.m. Thursday, April 21, in Room 199 Toomey Hall. After the film, a short panel discussion will include how the campus community can be agents of change.
