In preparation for the start of the Norwood Hall exterior restoration project, contractors will begin installing fencing around Norwood Hall on Monday, March 7. The fencing which will remain in place until the project’s completion in early October. The fence will be 6 feet tall with a wind screen and will extend 20 feet away from the building to allow for lifts to be used. The south entry, along with the accessible entrance on the north side of the building, will remain open for the duration of the project and will only close during the summer for short periods of time to allow work to be accomplished in those areas. Fencing will also be installed on the southeast corner lawn for a contractor staging area and site access. For additional information or questions about access accommodations, contact Ron Boggs at 308-7066.
